How do I deal with "Memory PLUS" going into repetitive "auto clean" cycles in a loop?

This may be a sign of maximum "active" memory in use on your system by the running applications, with little "inactive" memory in use only which Memory PLUS can attempt to recover. Under such conditions, you should turn-off the "Auto clean" option from Memory PLUS preferences window and review the running applications on your system to ensure that any unwanted applications are closed. If you frequently run in to such low memory conditions, it may be an indication that you should upgrade your physical memory to meet the performance demands of the application usage on your system!
